Welcome to the SUDAN Pavilion!
Sudanese culture is one of the most diverse cultures in the world. Its components include various African Sub-Saharan and the Afro-Arab cultures. Sudan is home to one of the world's oldest civilization footage: the Meroe Pyramids of Sudan. It is the largest country in land mass on the African Continent, bordering nine countries and the Red Sea.
Visitors to the Sudanese pavilion can expect to enjoy variety of ethnic dances with unique musical lyrics only found in Sudan! A special performance by skilful traditional dancers from Acholi, Nuba ethnics, and a special group of Sudanese will perform different ethnic traditional dances.
Enjoy our unique exhibit of Sudanese traditional dresses, local artifacts, music and food. Have a taste of wonderful and delicious Sudanese food! Especially prepared by Sudanese certified and experienced cooks, there will be tasty dishes of Sambusa, Tha'mia, Kisra, Kebab and more. Visitors can also enjoy special Sudanese desserts such as Baglawa. You will experience a unique taste of food compared to none.
